Actress Rashami Desai has been using this time of self-quarantine to spread mental health awareness among her fans. The actress recently took to her social media account, Instagram to interact with her fans through a live session. Her live chat was soon joined by her life coach friend, Tulika who along with the actress spoke about various topics to educate the viewers on maintaining good mental health during the quarantine.
The duo spoke on various subjects like fear of rejection, controlling one’s emotions, and anxiety. While Rashami addressed questions by her fans in the comment section, she also raised her own question, asking what the difference between real love and addiction (obsession with a partner) is. The Naagin 4 actress also shared how she’s in a happy space now and how she had been through an emotional turmoil in the past.
She also shared her experience in the Bigg Boss 13 house, and that contestants Asim Riaz and Arti Singh were her pillars of support through her journey in the reality show. The session ended with a rapid fire round where Rashami asked Tulika quick questions like ‘What is Love to you’?. ‘What is Insecurity’?, ‘What is Positivity’? and the one-worded answers were truly enlightening.
