Kapil Sharma Rs 5.3 crore deceiving case: Dilip Chhabria's child Bonito Chhabria captured

Bonito Chhabria, child of vehicle fashioner Dilip Chhabria, was captured by the Mumbai Police on Saturday regarding an instance of cheating enrolled against him based on entertainer Kapil Sharma's protest. 

Bonito was called for addressing for the situation by the wrongdoing branch authorities. In the wake of being addressed, he was set apprehended, an authority said. He was brought by the Economic Offense Wing (EOW) almost 10 months after his dad was captured in vehicle financing racket in December 2020 by the Crime Branch. 

In his grievance last year, Kapil Sharma had guaranteed that he was supposedly cheated of Rs 5.30 crore by Chhabria and others in a creator vanity transport bargain. In the grievance, Sharma had told the police that he had paid more than Rs 5 crore to Chhabria among March and May 2017 to plan a vanity transport for him. In any case, as there was no advancement made till 2019, Sharma had moved toward the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). 

In any case, Chabbria last year sent a bill of Rs 1.20 crore to Sharma as leaving charges for the vanity transport. After that Kapil moved toward the police and stopped his grumbling. The EOW did its primer enquiry into the objection prior to enrolling it as a first data report (FIR). 

"During the examination of the case, the job of Bonito Chhabria became visible. Thusly, he was called for addressing and later positioned collared by the wrongdoing branch," the authority said.
